Morag Daley is a “bairn” of Falkirk, and was educated at Falkirk High. She obtained her law degree from Edinburgh University. Morag has also studied at Dundee University and most recently at Fraserburgh College.
She is an Associate Solicitor with Walter Gerrard & Co based in the Macduff office. Morag deals mostly with Family Law and court matters. She has trained as all areas family mediator and strives to offer experience with a dose of common sense.
When she’s not in the office?
Morag is married with two children. Asked about what she does in her spare time, Morag said “I am a volunteer with Girl Guiding and am a member of various other community groups. I also like to walk with my Cairn Terrier”.
