Selling a house

We will explain the conditions contained in any offer you receive and issue an acceptance on your behalf. After we obtain your titles, we will answer any questions the purchaser’s solicitor might raise. Finally, we will prepare the paperwork you have to sign to transfer ownership to the buyer.
